The app icons are not loading on the home screen even though the apps are there. I can press blank areas on the home screen to open the apps. I tried deleting many apps and my storage still says full. I also tried deleting photos and it won't let me delete them even in the "recently deleted" folder. I tried backing up my iphone to my PC via iTunes and I get an error. Manual photo transfers don't work either because it says that my iPhone is disconnected even though it is not. Is this a recent software issue? How can I fix this or at least save my photos/videos?
