Hello to everyone from team apple i have a persistant problem that is quite a bit irritating which is that the backround app refresh option does not work on my phone (iphone x ios14.2) which means that i can't receive my app notifs in any way other than opening the app itself
since it is quite empty from apps i cannot provide much information other than that i have tried many times to reinstall my main and only useful apps that i use daily which are whatsapp/instagram/youtube after deleting then restarting the phone but to no evail
