iPhone stuck in recovery mode after unplugging accidentally from update in recovery mode

So, my iPhone, which is in iOS 14.0.1, I found out there is a part in my iPhone storage, it wrote others, and wasting about 28 gigs of my storage. And I decided to put my phone in recovery mode and update the firmware because there isn't any storage left on my phone. And then I accidentally unplugged my phone, and it's stuck in recovery mode. I tried several times to plug my phone in and update it again. But every time, it always says " An error occurred (14)". It may be referring to no storage left. Can anyone help me to save my data, will be really grateful. I tried every day I could find on the internet.
