Ad Scheduling — time zones?

Hello, I have different from USA time zone and see "Scheduling is based on the user's local time zone"

What does it means? How should I schedule my ads, by mine time zone or USA time zones?

Thanks.

This means that the time zone will be determined based on where the searcher is, not where your account time zone is set.

If you set an ad schedule for 8:00am - 8:00pm Eastern Time Zone and someone in Pacific Time Zone searches at 7:00pm PST (10:00pm EST), your ad is still eligible to serve to that user despite being later in your time zone.

If you want to only ever show ads to people in some specific time zone, you have to account for all possible time zones in the US (for the most part that's PST – EST)

So, if my time zone is Asian time, I have to forget it and select 08AM - 08PM for example, to show ads from 08am to 08pm for all american time zones, correct?

Yes – you can forget about time zone conversions. If you schedule for 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, then your ads will show during those times if the searcher in those times respective of their US time zone.
