iPhone 12 Series raised black levels when showing black video/photo

The iPhone 12 series show raised black levels under 100% brightness if you want to show 100% black full screen video/photos.

If you raise the brightness to 100% the LEDs fully turn off and this way a OLED Screen should work.
But if you test with for example 20% brightness you can see a grey/green glow flickering.

iOS 14.4 Beta still NOT fix this widespread issue

I have the same problem since the dayone in 3 iPhone 12 (1 of these is pro). I think it has to be software but neither iOS 14.4 beta solves it.... it’s very frustrating

Up to 99% of brightness the display isn’t black. In dark rooms it appears almost green..
