Safari on the iPhone automatically adds two (or more) bookmarks based on the SIM card inserted, and these bookmarks are not synced to iCloud and cannot be seen on other devices. Even if you delete them on your phone, reboot Safari and you'll see these bookmarks again. It's very annoying. How do you stop automatically adding carrier bookmarks?
