hi, I developing the tool to force connect to cellular network.
Normally, even when wifi is on, we can scan and get the IP of cellular interface.
but 1 case I faced a weird issue.
when I do scan cellular interface, it only return VPN ip address, no other IP.
checked with net analyser, the same issue. no record for cellular when wifi on. only wifi and vpn information.
I confirmed that there is no VPN setting in phone.
Enable or disable wifi doesn't help. always show the VPN information in net analyser application.
