How to export the CPU usage data from Time Profiler trace?

I'm trying to collect the trace using Time Profiler template in Instruments, and I can see the overall and per-core CPU usages across time shown in the panel. But how to export these CPU usage data to files?

Take a look at the xctrace command line tool:
