I basically have a bricked AppleMail on Sierra 10.12.2 beta (16C32f). It crashes on launch.

Maybe related to a Mail plugin? I had the same problem, but when I deleted the plugin (MailButler in my case) Mail app launched again.

I don't have any plug-ins to my knowledge. Mail crashes before I could even select the Preferences option, so it's difficult to be certain. I certainly don't have MailButler.
