Rating and Review not available on app store

We have added this feature of in-app rating/review in our app using SKStoreReviewController. The prompt successfully open in the app, and the test user using a production app with his own account add a rating and a review that says "The app is great". But we do not see the review on the app store and it's been more than a day. What exactly is missing?

We are currently on version 2.1.2471, and on app store connect account it says:

"Your app’s summary rating was last reset on August 24, 2020 (version 2.0.33). This version hasn’t received any new ratings yet."

Is this have to do anything with the issue?

We had this same issue and we have contacted apple for it and here is the response we have received:

Reviews, responses, and edits show as pending until they appear on the App Store. This can take up to 24 hours. All edited responses have a note that states that they were edited.
Responses are visible on the App Store for iPhone and iPad on devices running iOS 10.3 or later and on the App Store for Macs running OS X 10.6.6 or later.

Also, we started to have ratings and reviews on the store the next day.
