So I have ongoing enrollment start from 15 January 2021. It's already 24 days since that day but i can't complete the enrollment because Apple Developer Support said can't call me. So i'm trying to reach support on Apple Developer Support via Email nor Email but there's still none of the support contacting me. I already try to post it on Feedback Assistant but there's zero response. Is there any way to contacting Apple Developer Support beside from developer.apple.com? because i've already try so many times but there's no response. Regards.

I get this message "If you’re having issues accessing your developer account, complete the form below to contact Apple Developer Program Support" does Apple read these messages? Seems like there are a lot of similar problems.
