I have been trying to download an mp4 video from google drive to my photos and it doesn’t work, keeps preparing to export, then I tried downloading from documents and it showed an error code, “phphotoserrordomainerror-1”

I'm having the same problem. I'm looking all over Google and many people are having this issue with no resolution that I can find.
