Can't add new builds under TestFlight

We are trying to build a new version under TestFlight, but there is no new Build option available to add build. We have expired exiting versions.
Any idea?

We are experiencing the same issues. The new builds are visible for about a minute after upload, then disappear. The upload itself gives no error.
