I've downloaded Big Sur. Everything seems to start up fine. I've shut and restarted several times.
Each time I need to attach file or upload a photo, my Mac just shows the spinning wheel of death . After a while it goes to my files and then i need to choose location and again it waits. try to scroll down and there is about a 5 minute lag . finally get to photo or file and click to open and/or choose. Then again ...spinning wheel....it takes forever to load up.
I have cleaned up files, reorganized files, optimized storage done all the other suggestions and still no change.
