Payment Returned Problem

Hello,

We have problem that payment returned since January 2021. The message is Your payment was returned by your bank. Your bank indicated: UTE: NO USD PAY THROUGH If you need to update your bank information, go to the Agreements, Tax, and Banking module.

We didn't change anything in Agreement & Banking account and we've already got the money from Apple for last 6 months with no any problem.

We also check our bank but the bank said they didn't get the transfered amount from US Bank too.

I have tried to contact Apple support Finance team but they replied that we are checking with US bank.

This problem occurs almost 1 month but still no solution from Apple.

Did anyone face this problem before? Any suggetion?

We're running into the same problem, however trying to set up a new account. In our case it's a USD account with a Canadian bank (and it's working without problems for receiving Stripe funds).

Did you ever figure out what the cause of this problem was?
