Developer program enrollment

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase an individual developer membership but it's been over two weeks that it says

"Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us."

So when trying to contact, it requires to select "team" but there's no option to select personal team.

Googling didn't help much, hope I can get some help here))

Has anyone faced anything like this or knows how to resolve this issue?

P.S: Currently I'm a member of several other developer teams and I'm trying to purchase a personal one.
