Unable to create a new simulator with downloaded OS versions

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem when attempting to create a new simulator--the downloaded iOS versions (from Components tab in Preferences) are not available in the OS version drop down menu. Any ideas what might be the problem?

For the record, I am using Xcode 12.4 on Big Sur 11.2.2, so the default iOS version is 14.4. I additionally downloaded 10.3.1 and 13.0.

Thanks!

Edit: It seems that version 13.0 is now available but I still can't see 10.3.1 in the menu.

I think I'm experiencing the same problem.

Fresh MacOS, fresh MacBook (M1 processor), fresh install of Xcode (13.1)... downloaded iOS 11.3 Simulator, but I cannot seem to get it to show up anywhere. I've rebooted, but if I click 'Add Additional Simulator', and click the '+' next to the filter at the bottom of the list of Simulators, I can in no possible way get the OS Version dropdown to list iOS 11.3.
