The apple useage report - active devices in Analytics seems to be showing the improper count. The grand total, or number it shows for example is 22. But when you manually add up the active devices per day in February I get 60. Below the 22 count it says opt in, so is that count the Opt-in ONLY value. When I click on it says this text.
Active Devices only includes data from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.
