Iphone 11 iOs 14 Cellular Data Not Working

I can't use my phone since Cellular Data doesnt work. I have strong signal yet it does not load any online apps/browser. I tried to several troubleshooting:

• Removing of Sim

• Restart

• Force Close

• Changing the cellular data setting

All doesn't work. I can't use my phone since it doesn't load data properly even using WIFI. I tried using my sim card to other device and it works! I'm so frustrated! Buying expensive phone doesn't guarantee you quality service. This must be resolve.
