I am not able to login to the developer account https://idmsa.apple.com using my apple id which I use normally for the iCloud and other apple services. I am able to login to all other apple services with the same id and password. its showing the error as the "The appleid is not eligible to use the application at this time". I had tried contacting apple senior developer and they still told they can't resolve this issue and there may be some bug in the developer site. please do help me with this issue if anyone can, it will be too helpful..
