Good afternoon, we recently discovered an issue with our Exclaimer email signatures that get attached at the exchange server level. This is the process that can sporadically produce the issue. Email composed and sent from Outlook app on a computer and sender bcc's themselves on the message. Their html signature gets attached to the email at the exchange server and always appears correctly on the Outlook app bcc that was received. When user views the same message on their iPhone native mail app the signature may or may not appear. You can see the code in the message preview meaning in test that is the only text in the message body so it's at the very top but when you open the email in the native mail app it is not there, sometimes. Even odder is you can go back to that same message at a later date and the signature may appear. I called support and I understand that it is not something you support, the attaching of signatures at the exchange level, and basically the iPhone native mail app will get "confused" as to what to do with this type of signature and the behavior is expected. I'm posting this with hopes of a possible future update to correct the problem.
Thank you
