Cellular Data Connectivity issue after updating to iOS 14.4.2

After updating to iOS 14.4.2, I am no longer able to connect to cellular data due and the message reads: An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone. In reading previous questions, I tried restarting, resetting network settings, and connecting via a usb to my laptop to look for updates. Has anyone else experienced this and have any other recommended solutions?

Thanks for any tips!
I updated mine to 14.4.2 and I am having issues of very intermittent if at all an cellular connection. I cannot rely on cellular connection for phone calls or texts outside of iMessage. I tried to go towards the beta 14.5 hoping the update would fix the bug. Verizon has no clue this issue exists and tried to sell me a new phone. No drops, no water no damage. I have looked into replacing the cellular antenna and have realized that won’t fix it either. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed again with Apple as this seems like a ploy to try and make users buy new devices because of the battery drain and the cellular connectivity issue. Wish for APPLE to quit these games with people’s devices and lives. I paid $1200 for this device. Hoping for a fix ASAP. Please reply if you know a fix or if you get yours fixed and reliable.
Been going on for me for 50 days. And I have an iphone 12 pro max. Have literally done everything, including replacing the phone via applecare, changing many settings, adding a new line. Anyone with help?
