Hello to every one I would like to ask your help ,I am power on my mackbook and never arrives to desktop I have inside Catalina but when it’s booting it shows me the apple logo and the bar processing unfortunately for nowhere a red square appears behind the logo and throws me at recovery mode where is asking me to update my start up disk the problem is that even if I update it it’s restarting the Mack and the same thing happens all the time any suggestions what I can do to fix that ?
