We ran into a problem while developing an application.
The app, in order to work, must be connected to a server in our LAN, but sometimes we see a series of disconnection/reconnection events which leads to an unusable scenario.
After we double checked the application code, we noticed that the problem happens even if the app is not running.
These are the steps we follow for reproduce the problem on the iPad:
1) Go to "Settings/Wi-Fi"
2) Connect to our LAN
3) Once the connection is established we see the "No internet connection" warning (as expected)
4) After a while, the connection is disconnected and a reconnection process starts again.
It looks like a DHCP problem between the iPad and the Access Point.
We tested the problem with several iPads and different OS versions and the problem still remains. We tested the problem with some device running Android and Windows and there's no problem.
Has anyone encountered any problems like this?
