I don’t know if this bug has been reported yet but whenever I use one more minute or have my parent enter the screen time passcode it takes at least 30 seconds to one minute to load in. And Apple also counts that into the total screen time even though I can’t do anything in the app. Does anyone else have this bug?

This is not a bug! I have checked with Apple Support a few days ago regarding this issue and it depends on which app is open, so if I open YouTube Screen Time will count every second immediately meaning that even if it takes ages to load it will be counted in Screen Time. But good news! In IOS 15 Apple fixed this Problem for their own apps like Apple TV etc. Third-Party Apps may not have this yet as Apple doesn’t mange their apps excluding Apple Arcade(Not finalized).
