So we would like to implement SKAdNetwork to measure the effectiveness of our ads.
To do so, we would like to request an Ad Network ID from the following page.

On that page we need to enter the URL of a document in the "Ads on Your Apps/Platform" field.
Can anyone advise me what I need to include in this document?
