I have been receiving this error message when I try to access my developer account. I'm not sure why and this is no information provided.
I receive the same message when I attempt to use the contact us link to look for help. My email and phone is verified for 2FA as well. How do I complete my business account registration?

We are unable to process your request.
An unknown error occurred.

I'm unable to contact Apple using this account. Any help would be appreciated. Not sure if apple employees check this forum.
