11.4 Beta Refusing to Shut Down?

Hi,

Since updating to the latest beta (20F5055c), my M1 Mac Mini refuses to shut down in a safe manner. Instead having to be shut down manually by holding the power button down.

When I choose shut down, it instead restarts and takes me back to the user log in screen on an endless loop.

Is this a bug that is known in the current build, or is there perhaps something wrong in my settings/install that needs rectifying?

That may be a beta problem.
Did you file a bug report ?

Then wait for 11.4 release and just don't shut down, just close the Mac screen to sleep (ctrl-shift-Power buttkeyn).

I am having the exact same issue. I am on 11.4, and 5/10 shutdowns end in a reboot with missing app permissions etc Did you find a solution to your issue?
