Simulator not opening new builds

I have recently had to reinstall Xcode as it was stuck when trying to update it. Since doing this I have been having significant trouble getting builds to run on my iOS simulators. If I build my app in Xcode the simulator application no longer opens and when I open it manually the simulator will not receive and run the build. Sometimes changing the simulator can help me run the build however this doesn't always work and is inconvenient as a workaround.

Any advice on getting my simulator to function properly again? Xcode doesn't appear to be sending builds as it should or simulator is not receiving them properly.

I have solved this myself hurrah!

All that needs to be done is to revert back to Xcode version 12.4 as this is a bug in 12.5 only.

Still unsolved, was expecting a bit more advice. Does anyone have any advice for dealing with the simulator not working as expected in the latest update? Would really appreciate any help.

Here is some further information for the issue!

Xcode Version is 12.5

macOS Version is Big Sur 11.3

All simulators are affected sometimes changing the simulator I can get it to run however it is still not working as it should. 

Target version 14.5 for the app is however I have tried 13 as well

Simulator does not launch at all when running the build.

No errors appear in the issues navigator

Just did a complete reinstall of Xcode but still simulator will not launch when building, build succeeded pops up and simulator is nowhere to be seen.
