Xcode last version bug with Iphone 14.5.1

I update My Iphone 7 to IOS 14.5.1 and than xcode tells me:

The current device configuration is unsupported. This iPhone 7 (Model 1660, 1778, 1779, 1780) is running iOS 14.5.1 (18E212), which is not supported by Xcode 12.4.

Code: 601
Recovery Suggestion: To run on this device, please update to a version of Xcode that supports iOS 14.5.1. You can download Xcode from the Mac App Store or the Apple Developer website.

I Spent hours to update mac and Xcode and the problem persist

System Information
macOS Version 11.3.1 (Build 20E241)
Xcode 12.4 (17801) (Build 12D4e)

How to downgrade the phone version or fix this problem?

Have you tried installing the latest Xcode (12.5) from the More Downloads page?

For some reason the app store tell me that I'm already updated at the last version, but I am at 12.4 and the last version is the 12.5,.
I will try to Install that too, thank you!
