iOS device randomly rebooted (PANIC FULL bug type: 210 Sleep\/Wake hang detected)

Hey everyone
My iPod Touch unexpectedly rebooted and a PANIC FULL log appeared in the Analytics. Hope you can find out the cause of this issue.
