My free provisional profile have expired and i can't get a new one.
When i delete profile in Xcode and in KeyChain Access, add it again in Xcode, i can reset iOS development, but after i haven't the create button (or he just appear 0.5s and disappear).
And when i logging in apple developer program my account is empty, i just have welcome in the menu and nothing else.
Tell me if you don't have any informations , i have try a lot of things found on internet but no one works.
I was on Xcode 8.0 when i try that, so i upgrade to Xcode 8.1 to resolve but nothing changes, and i'm on OS X EL CAPITAN.
I have try to create a new account and add it in the developer program, but it's the same problem, nothing in the member center, and can't create ios development on Xcode.
