Not Receiving Email for privaterelay.appleid.com

I have configured sender's email address in Email Sources of Apple Email communication(developer account). Also, the IP addresses of Email servers are added SPF file of Company domain. Still we are not receiving email when user signs in with hide my email option in KFC Australia app.
