The Big Sur issue still occurs with my $1,000 EPSON WF-7510 printer via Wifi, Ethernet, and USB. using the latest SPECTRUM modem and router.
MAC COMPUTER:
- macOS Big Sur: Version 11.4
- System: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019)
- 3.7 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5
Any trick to fix this issue?
My Original Issue:
- Since updating to the latest version of Big Sur, I can no longer print to printers connected to the main network. Also, Apple's new security protocols would no longer allow me to use the internet/wifi in a traditional matter. I spent 2 days with SPECTRUM support to resolve the issue.
Extreme Solutions but worked
- New Modem and New Router
- Brother - now prints
- Canon - now prints
- Added an internal Mesh network to host all printers
- Brother - holds connection, no issues
- Canon - holds connection, no issues
This fixed everything but the connection to EPSON WF-7510.
