Dear Apple,

I have an inquiry about your new guideline section of 5.1.1, which states the following:

5.1.1(v): Apps supporting account creation must also offer account deletion.

Does this apply to applications which do not have direct in-app registration, but contains a URL which redirects the user to a webpage where the registration process takes place?
