Long story short, someone is spamming the name of my app in the other apps' store reviews, by other apps I mean my competitors. I've gotten serval complaints and a legal notice from my competitors' companies.
I've reported this to the Apple but all they said was they are looking into this. I'm wondering if there's anything I should do now other than waiting for their reply? Or has anybody had this kind of stuff happened before?
I can tell someone is trying to instigate conflict between me and the competitor Apps, and have my app removed or something. I looked at the review history on Appannie and found it is only happening to my app, and they used a bot crawl the old reviews and switched the name of the apps with the name of my app.
Any advance would be appreciated.
