I have a app rejected,the reason that ios app review person say that:



Legal - 5.3.4



Your app contains content - or facilitates, enables, and encourages an activity - that is not legal in all of the locations in which the app is available.

Apple is saying that you may allow a user to use the app only in certain shaped geographical regions. I think this is because your app involves gambling and you are licensed to allow such gambling only in those certain territories - for example, perhaps Nevada but not Utah. There is a set of API that will allow your app to detect whether or not it is in one of those regions - Apple has directed you to something called "Monitoring Shape-Based Regions". Use those APIs to determine if the user is located in a region for which you may allow them to use the app and only then enable the app.

Is your issue that you don't have any gambling licenses, or you don't know how to implement geo-blocking?
