I'm working on an IoT management application where it needs multicasting permission. Therefore I applied it from this page:

However, I didn't get any response nor email after submission. How can I check the status of the progress?
Thank you for reaching out. There is no official way to check the status of your request. You will need to wait for a response that your entitlement has been granted. I would give it some time, and if a week goes by and you have still not heard anything, then send me a ping via my email in the signature and I can make sure that your request did not get lost at least.

Hi Matt, I am in the same situation and I have sent two requests (for two different App) via this link https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/networking-multicast and have not yet received any type of response. I would expect that the additional capability for the Multicast Entitlement show up on your Team's ability to create identifiers in the Developer Portal, so check this out. I suspect that you would also receive an email but I do not know this explicitly.
Regarding:

Please wait at least two weeks. If you have not heard anything by then, send me a ping with your direct information and I can check that your information was at least submitted. Note that I cannot actually grant your entitlement. This is a totally different process that is out of my control.
