Is it possible to have iCloud private relay on router level using HomeKit protocol?

also, would AirPort Extreme support it?

First I want to mention that iCloud Private Relay is not intended to work for local network traffic. Knowing this, if your workflow is not local network based, can you describe more about what you are wanting to do here?
