I have a user who recently switched iPhones and is trying to restore an in app purchase but is getting the error message "Error Domain=SKErrorDomain Code =4 "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". Does anyone know what code 4 means? I can find a lot of info on code 0 but not 4. The user is a normal consumer (not beta tester etc) with an iPhone 6S on iOS 10.1.1 and has a 4G connection when trying to restore and using the same Apple-ID on the phone as when making the initial purchase.
Any idéeas, suggestions?
