I have a 2019 16 inch MBP running Big Sur 11.4.
Earlier having owned a mid 2012 MBP 13, which I rarely restarted. But this new one is annoying me with the following couple of issues which won't resolve without a restart :
. Not able to delete files from the desktop due to some random errors . The preview app crashes and not able to view any pictures . Fan starts to kick in to full suddenly(just random browsing) and laptop becomes very hot. Even killing all the apps and putting it to idle won't resolve it, only restart is the only solution . Random freezing of apps. Won't even force quit. Restart option would take at-least 5 -10 minutes to kill any frozen app and then restart
My friend has the same laptop, but running the older Catalina version , but he is not facing any of the above listed issues. Does this mean that Big Sur is a bug house or is my Macbook faulty?
