I was wondering if there is a way to track in app purchases. I do email support for an app on the Apple Store and need a way to check orders done through the store. Is there anyway to do this or is there anything I can do to implement something to do this?

Track how? For what purpose(s)...restores? What details are you after? What is your iTunes Connect team role?
Do you mean link an individual IAP to a unique user?
Does the app have a login?
Are you sending receipts to your own server?

You can get information from the app if the coder of the app adds that type of support.
You can get information from iTunesConnect under "Sales and Trends" if you have access to iTunes Connect for the app in question.
You can get a weekly summary from iTunesConnect if your email is entered by the developer as the recipient of such reports.
It didn't have what I was looking for there, unfortunately.
