In short: i have two colleagues, one can see the app in TestFlight, the other cannot.
I'm trying to test a new build of our App. The build is uploaded and ready to test (green checkicon with 'Testing') One of my colleagues has been a internal tester for the app for a long time, while the other recently got added (so got a new invite to test the app) The tester that got the new invite has no problem installing the new build(s). The 'old' tester however, can't even see the app in his testflight app. So i thought he would need a new invite.
I deleted him from testers and re-added him. But he doesn't get a new invite, Appstore connect thinks he's already invited. So i want a step further and removed him from our development team (Users and Access) and completely removed him from there AND from the internal testers. I re-invited him to our team, with the same rights as my other colleague. He gets a invite to join our team. After he accepts the invitation i re-add him to the internal testers, but appstore connect immediatly thinks he has already accepts (so he doesn't get a new invite to become a tester and the button 'resend invite' also doesn't show)
Testflight-app on his phone still doesn't show the app.
