Apple delay review app over 10 days.

Hello, I'm having an age-old problem. After renewing, my account is frozen for app review. Both the updated application or the new application is the same. The 'Waiting to review' status either in App Store or Testflight is more than 10 days old. I also did not receive an email saying there was a problem with my account. I have contacted Apple and have all received the answer that continue to wait patiently. But it's hard because it affects users and my company's business. Some people I know are still reviewed within 24 hours, before that I also enjoyed that. What do I need to do to get to a higher level manager, because I want to know if there is a problem with my account?. I have been told by many people that my account is under investigation??? and this took me by surprise and wanted to be clear, because I didn't want to affect it later. I am very worried and tired of waiting, and do not know how long to wait. I'd rather get 1 reject to know that my app isn't forgotten, than wait for a review like this. Thanks very much.
