Bank Account number is short

Hi,

I'm residing in the UAE with individual NBD bank account but when I fill the financial details I keep getting an error regarding the bank account number.

My account number is 12 characters but it asks for 16 character long.

I'm confused cause there is nothing else to add.

I managed to solve it by adding 000 before the account number It's part of the IBAN

Great suggestion, that's sorted the account number is too short issue, what about the "The IBAN number is invalid" Issue,

my USD ENBD IBAN is: AE86026000XXXX487XXX003. Which is correct length for ENBD, but it's not accepting it.
