We are enrolling as a company, and have made all steps up to the point when Apple needs to contact us by phone call.
Problem is, everytime we request a phone call through Contact Us -> Membership and Account -> Program Enrollment (as per Apple's instructions), we receive a call with an automated message which guides us through the options to be selected on our phone's keyboard. But when we press any option, it is never recognized, and so the call ends saying nothing was received.
We tried all phones available to us, and nothing seems to work. Contacting Apple through email seems to be of no use, since their response is always the same as described above: if we wan to contact them, go to Contact Us -> Membership and Account -> Program Enrollment.
Has anyone had this problem before? Any tips on how to handle it?
