I have been participating in the Public Beta of iOS 15 and i got an email from wireless @apple.com I wanted to know if this is legit?

What did the email say? I haven't been able to find a reference to that email address in our internal directory. However, it could still be legitimate, especially if it truly does end in apple.com and it's not being spoofed. I would use caution for now.
