Missing 'Update All' icon in App Store

I have long relied on the ease of updating all my apple apps at once via the 'Update All' icon/button. It no longer appears when I enter the app store and then my account settings within it, on my iPhone 10, ios 14.7.1

What is the alternative?

EDIT: Interestingly, though I had already known to go into my personal account via the upper-right-hand icon, the 'Update All' option did NOT appear when I first entered the account settings display.

Yet upon setting my iPhone aside while I entered this question, upon going BACK to my iPhone I found that the 'Update All' icon/wordage suddenly DID appear below the 'Personalized Recommendations' menu, where it had not initially.

Perhaps there is an excessive timing delay required in order to update the display to show 'Update All?' Once that wordage DID appear, it showed 5 apps requiring update. Now, upon completion of the update, it has reverted to text saying, "Updated Recently.'

Is this a normal delay for the system to determine it needs to display the requisite 'Update All' link text?
