Disk Not Ejected Properly Eject "J_CCSA_X64FRE_EN_US_DVD5"

I just had a notification pop up with this warning:

Disk Not Ejected Properly

Eject "J_CCSA_X64FRE_EN_US_DVD5"

before disconnecting or turning it.....

Has anyone seen this? I don't even have a disk drive on the machine. I updated to the latest beta version of El Capitain, but that was a few hours ago. From my googling I see that this is usually the name of the Windows 8 install disk.

Did you install a bootcamp or other windows partition recently? In Yosemite I had an image that must have left vestigial traces of still being mounted, because I'd get a pop-up every time I powered-off that it had not been properly disconnected even though, as far as I was aware, I'd deleted it many months ago.

No boot camp. I have VirtualBox installed, but all of my partitions on it are Linux-based Docker images.
