Now that the TV app shows up, you have to download videos from the App Store. Once you do, it shows all purchased videos, not just the ones downloaded to the device (all my devices are showing the same iPhone 7, 7 Plus, iPad Pro 9.7 and iPad Mini 4. I go into Settings and select show only downloaded, but it does not change.
